Can I get a refund if I cancel my enrollment?

Yes. Tuition is refundable before the start of class, minus a $60 cancellation fee and the cost of course materials.

Can I transfer to a different class date?

Yes, you may transfer to a different course date before the class begins for a $25 transfer fee.

What if I miss the first class?

If you're not physically present at the scheduled start time, the class is considered started, and no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be granted.

Is attendance mandatory?

Yes. Florida law requires strict attendance. You are allowed a maximum of 8 hours of absence, no matter the reason. No absences are excused or unexcused.

Can I attend class if I’m sick?

No. Students who are sick or showing symptoms are not permitted to attend.

Can I use electronic devices during class?

No. Cell phones, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices are not allowed during instructional time.

How is the course delivered?

This is a live-stream course taught online via Zoom. You must download the Zoom app on your device to participate.
